I made the recipe just as stated and would not change anything except to perhaps increase the sauce. It was sooo good. I will make this again...it was not all that hard and wasn't too time consuming. I did not time my prep so I can't compare to what the recipe states. I know the prep time is a 'ballpark number' considering that people have different skill levels, but it was not labor intensive.

This was the first time we made this and it's definitely going into our regular rotation. The only thing I would do differently is make more sauce since the sundried tomatoes soaked up most of our reduced sauce and there wasn't much to go around, but the taste was phenomenal. The chicken was SO good with all those flavors.

I love this dish! The chicken come out of the oven moist and juicy, and the sauce was just an added plus! I did a minor tweak by substituting the wine with chicken broth and it turned out just perfect. My family and I enjoyed it very much.
I WILL MAKE THIS ONE AGAIN! Guy, thanks for sharin' the recipe!

I was disappointed. It took too long and the result was not great. I won't do that one again.

This is delicious! All of my kids - even my 2 toddlers - loved it, and hard-to-impress husband raved about it. I was pressed for time so didn't stuff the chicken breasts, but served them on top of the cous cous instead. I ordinarily don't leave comments, but this is an exceptional dish.

This dish was incredible! My husband loved it as did his co-workers that enjoyed the leftovers. I would not change a thing. The variety of flavors stood out in this dish. This recipe is a keeper!

The meal was a hit at home. But the prep time was much longer than 15 minutes.

All I can say is you gotta try this. I am not a fan of olive anything, so I did leave them out, but honestly this dish was so good with the sun-dried tomatoes by itself. Even my 8 year old and 5 year old loved it. My daughter kept asking for more couscous. So now I am a couscous lover. This is going into the rotation for sure. As with all first-time recipes, it takes me a little longer to prep and cook than it states but now that I've done it once, next time will be a breeze. Thanks Guy:

I made just the couscous for my kids and they both LOVED it! It was simple to make and it was loaded with flavor.
