Lori we need to see more of you with Mr Personality, Great Chef, Guy! All of us in Las Vegas, NV that I know, think he is a Fabulous chef...that is young old and in between. The New York critic made us want to throw up. There are unhappy people from all walks of life that would rather hurt....and try......and damage someone than be a good human being. The critic is a bit of a slovenly pig!

Cut the salt in 1/2...great easy recipe Lori. Thanks for sharing.

Guy is the BEST and he seems very proud of you and his sons. You are all adorable. Happy Holidays

I LOVE THIS RECIPE! It's easy, tasty and sooo good for you. Have had it this way at an Italian restaurant and couldn't figure out how to do it. Thanks so much -- now I know. Not too much garlic or oil and I did taste test the salt.

I used frozen spinach and it was still very good. For those complaining about the salt I thought it sounded a bit much so I just put it in to taste. I also added an extra tsp of the parmesan. I will be making it again, it was super easy and very good.

we found it to be a bit strong in the garlic dept. We didn't do the salt, thank goodness.
    I don't think I would bother again.

I made this for my husband and three sons. They all ate the spinach but said don't add any salt next time. It was way too much. I will try it again since they did eat it all. Maybe it was a typo on the recipe.

This was ok, but not as great as I expected it to be. I might try it again with more garlic and perhaps skip the broth. I couldn't really taste the garlic, I could taste the chicken broth however.
