This was so simple and tasted great. I tossed mine with mini shell pasta for a quick dinner. Awesome!

This is a perfect recipe for Spinich. You don't have to use the broth, but, it adds taste. You can also add red pepper flakes. And its good with frozen spinich as well. Just cook spinich as recipe suggest it may take longer but the water will cook out. Spinich is so easy and tasty with anything.

WOW !!! What an awesome dish ! And I reallly don't like cooked spinach. But my husband does and we both really really loved it! And it is easier than opening a can!!! The broth at the end was really not needed, but it was great anyway. Thank You !!! :

You don't need the broth and if you cook it long enough to reduce it as Guy tells you to, you overcook the spinach. It's best served when it has just barely wilted down - retains more nutrients, too.

This is easy and tasty spinach! I eat lots of spinach so this was a nice little twist. I added a little diced shallot to mine as well! You've done it again Guy! Thanks!
