    I didn't need to add any chicken broth since enough water was emitted from the spinach during the cooking process. Absolutely great spinach.

    Who thought spinach could taste this good? Guy, you're on a roll & we so enjoy watching your show. Keep at least one healthy dish in each show, please, for your weight conscious viewers.

    We usually keep a bag of spinach around for salads, so this was a great alernate use. Very quick and a lot of flavor.
