This is one of my personal all-time favorite recipes from a Food Network show. Granted, I've only been "experimenting" for about 7 years, this is one of the easiest, most flavorful recipes you will ever try. The first time I followed the recipe accordingly. Now, I improvise (add more smaller shrimp, but I have made many family members a fan of this dish. The best thing to do is make the chipotle sauce the night before. The next day is when the spice and the flavor pop even more! A must try for those looking for a great spicy pasta dish.

I made this last night for my boyfriend and I. It was delicious, I think the recipes can go a little less on the Dijon, but outside of that it was great. The heat in the dish is not all that hot and you can adjust the peppers if you want less heat in the dish,(especially if you have children.

I love this recipe,it is one of my favorites! Instead of shrimp I use boneless skinless chicken breasts cut up, and I don't use any oil in the chipotle sauce, makes it way to greasy. Favorite Guy recipe by far.

I have to laugh when I read all the reviews of Guy's recipes. Especailly this one. I have been making this dish since it the episode was on last year. I have multiple friends and family who request this recipe. It has become a hit with everyone. Along with many other of Guy's recipes.

The sauce on this pasta was wonderful - the whole dish had just the right amount of zip. I subbed fat-free half-&-half for the 2 cups of heavy cream & the results were still very tasty.

I found this recipe when I was searching for a dish similar to one I had in a restaurand several years ago. This one was the closest, I thought. I planned on using pan seared steak pieces and asparagus over the pasta, minus the shrimp and sausage. The BBQ flavor completely ruined the sauce. Neither my boyfriend nor I could finish the pasta, and that is saying quite a lot on behalf of him, because it's rare that he doesn't finish whats on his plate... he usually finishes off mine as well!
