Delicious! Very easy. The balsamic vinegar gives it a nice punch of flavor. I can't eat cheese, so I had to omit that ingredient, but this recipe is so good that you won't miss the cheese!

my daughter wanted bruschetta and I did not have any mozz cheese on hand. Found this one and it came out great with Parm instead.

Excellent Bruschetta! Loved the addition of the parmesano reggiano cheese.

Fantastic recipe!! I appreciate the suggestion of baking the garlic provided by "MG loves brunch". I served it with an antipasto salad and just sat back and enjoyed the OMG's from our guests. This recipe deserves 6 stars!

The best bruschetta recipe. Easy and flavorful. Must use fresh ingredients (specially Basil. Tip: wrap (unpeeled garlic clove(s in foil paper. To soften garlic, bake/roast along with loaf of bread. Remove foil and peel. The garlic will literally melt on the warm bread. Then rebake bread with cheese (per instructions.

This was a great side to my leftover pizza. My gramps and my boyfriend couldn't get enough of it. They said that it was better than the best local pizza parlor's pizza!

It is so hard to find a good recipe for something as simple as Bruschetta! Most recipes are too bland. However, this one is absolutely incredible. My husband and I make it all the time. We add more balsamic and less oil because we really like a stronger taste--but I saw that another reviewer did the opposite so you can play around with it. Don't hesitate to make this!

This was one of the best recipes ever! I made it for my friends for a get together and they thought it was the most amazing bruschetta! I was happy to have chosen this recipe!

So good we made it 2 nights in a row. Simple to put together and great side or appetizer to almost any dish. We will be having this often!
