This was the best Bruschetta I have ever had. I know most people would call the toast part the brushetta but where my family and friends are from the seasoned tomatoes together with the toasted bread makes a great BRUSHETTA! Guy, that seasoning was Simple and great. I used an aged balsamic vinegar, made a double portion and what was left put into a salad. Thanks I will never buy BRUSHETTA again.

Loved this bruschetta! Was worried at first I would miss the traditional mozzarella, but I didn't miss it a bit. A great twist on a classic bruschetta, great for a party and SO FAST to make!

This recipe is simple and excellent, I don't think I'll be able to order bruschetta at a restaurant anymore! Hands down, best I've tried.

I hate tomatoes and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe! easy to make and simply lovely to eat and look at. Serve for a party if you can resist eating it before guests arrive! One tip--if serving for a party, you can make the topping ahead, but do not assemble until just before eating, otherwise the bread gets soggy. And you eat to much of it!

I found this to have just a tad vinager flavor too, but it was just heaven. Made this and Penne with Cajun Hot Links and Chipotle Shrimp for a friends birthday today. Best bruchetta I've ever had!

Simple, simple and simple! Looking for a fresh and delicious bruschetta? Look no further. I get nothing but compliments on this. This is a great foundation for any bruschetta receipe. Try with chicken, grilled tuna, tri-tips, London Broil, etc.
Enjoy! You will not be disappointed
