My mom and I made this after watching Guy's show today and it was so good, but so simple at the same time. IT had a lot of flavor,but there wasn't to much going on. Besides the cheese it was really in expensive. I highlt recomend this!

Made this to accompany Penne with Cajun Hot Links and Chipotle Shrimp.
This was so easy and oh sooo good, the four of us ate every last piece of the Bruschetta. Can't wait to make it again with other Italian meals I serve.

I tried this without the vinegar and it was pretty good standard bruschetta. Nothing special but I would make it again.

Enjoyed bruschetta, I used white wine vinegar in place of balsamic. I guess there are a lot of angry, unhappy people that feel better when they put down someone that is successful and talented.
