Very flavorful, and certainly different from the way I usually make potatoes. My only grievance is that it was still a little hard in the middle, perhaps my spuds were too big though. I will certainly try this one again though.

The potatoes were awesome. I'll definitely make them again. I used smaller russet potatoes and it was great. I am watching my weight and found I could eat them without any butter or margarine saving myself a few calories but not giving up any flavor. These were fantastic.
One side note though, the recipe states that you should not puncture the potato and one of my potatoes exploded in the oven; I guess that's why it was called the "bomb".

Baked these for dinner tonight and my husband raved. Never thought to brine potatoes but this recipe is awesome!
