    This was the first time I watched the show. Tried the whole meal plan and it all worked out wonderful! What a great meal. I'm an instant fan now. It's my new stand by when I need to make a great meal

    I made this tonight and my husband was so excited, this was the first time he had Coq au Vin and he had to have seconds. I did add some celery when I added the mushrooms and potatoes. I also used about half the amount of wine and used beef broth to for the other half of the wine.

    Brian and Guy brought a wonderful style to the program and showed the audience a wonderful recipe to try. I enjoy watching all his dishes and he brings a new, joyful, attitude to the network. Keep up the great work. I hope Brian will continue to show us many new recipes.

    Soaking the chicken in wine a day in advance makes the meat moist and flavorful. Everything else is as basic as it gets...thank you Brian and thank you Guy! Simple and so delicious!
