I made this for Easter Sunday breakfast and it was a major hit! I switched out the broccoli for asparagus (which makes more sense with ham and swiss. This is a definite KEEPER!

Forgot the broccoli, added chives. Pretty darn good! Now I still have to figure out what to do with that broccoli!

This got many positive comments at our Christmas brunch. Easy to prepare, and very tasty. I found that 4 eggs and 1 cup of milk was not quite enough to cover the other ingredients in my pie pan, so I added 1 more egg beaten with 1/4 cup additional milk. That seemed to work just fine. Of course, then I had to increase cooking time about 10 minutes or so.

Extremely easy recipe and absolutely delicious! I used egg whites instead of whole eggs. My frozen pie crust I purchased was on the smaller side, so I was able to cut this recipe in half and fill one pie crust perfectly. Cannot wait to make this again!

I also changed the recipe, I used turkey instead of ham, and sharp cheddar cheese instead of swiss. i live at high altitude and it took a few minutes longer to cook but turned out great. I also used a 1qt glass casserole dish instead of a pie plate.

This was a very easy and delicious quiche--changed the recipe a bit:
I used 5 large eggs and 1 cup heavy cream, frozen broc, vidalia onion, and colby jack cheese.
Very easy for a weeknight meal with a side salad.

I used a defroisted deep dish pie crust due to time today. I did change one thing. I added cut up dried tomatoes in oil on the top of the brocolie. I also added a few different kinds of cheases. This is a great look for christmas. Think about it. The red and green. I thought it was very good. I also cooked it a little longer. We do christmas a very different way. Family travels from far away so we have the hole appertizer table for lunch. And the rest is dinner. This works out great. Sorry having trouble seeing what i am typing now.

Super easy, super tasty! Quiche is one of those comfort foods for me and this did not disappoint. I used a quick home made crust with 1c flour, 1/3c shortening and 3Tbs ice water.
