My husband and I both enjoyed this recipe. We ended up tweaking it a lot. We didn't have spinach so we put in 1/2 baby arugula and 1/2 mixed salad greens. (I think spinach would be better but this worked OK I added a little bit of blue cheese to the milk cream and skipped the pepper, nutmeg, and salt. We also substituted yukon gold potatoes and soy milk. Its not at all heavy as it looks like it might be - good cheap healthy meal!

These were pretty good, but I felt like they needed more flavor. I'll definitely try these again, but with a little doctoring of the recipe.

This was super easy, tasty and it forced my husband to eat spinach -- and like it! I was afraid the sauce would be a bit heavy, but it's not at all. I even added a bit of half&half.

This recipe is so incredibly easy and simply delicious! The sauce is creamy without being heavy or unhealthy and the ingredients are easy to find just lying around the kitchen. I made mine in a single portion and it turned out great! Definitely excited to make this one again.

We loved it! It was quick and the ham, spinach, cream sauce was creamy and yummy. As many do, I made a few changes based on what I had on hand and our personal tastes. I added more cayenne and nutmeg, used some cream instead of some of the milk (not as healthful, but I ran out of milk and used swiss cheese. The cream sauce would be good on pasta, so I'll try that another time.
