I've made this recipe twice...once without and once with Blue Cornmeal...had trouble finding it...it was good both ways...and the Blue cornmeal makes a big difference....it's a super recipe...and is great with spicy chicken tenders. The 3 way flavor combo is awesome...buffalo chicken, maple syrup and the corn waffle...
this will be a frequent go to recipe...Yum!

Unfortunately we did not have the Blue Waffles, however we started our morning meal with the Breakfast Burrito that had a great Southwestern flare look and taste. We also shared the the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes that had a unique taste not found anywhwere else. The hint of lemon, and the ricotta mixed in the batter gave that very special taste that was delicious. We also sampled the Raspberry French Toast, and it was superb. Don't go to Santa Fe without having breakfast here. Sample as much as you can, you will not be disappointed.

These sounded really good, and the ratings were 5 stars so I gave them a try, everyone in the house thought they were ok, but not worthy of 4 or even 5 stars.

Nice taste and texture. I used this batter with my new 4 square All-Clad waffle maker and they turned out great! I really like the savory waffles instead of sweet ones, and these did not disappoint. The batter made 8 squares so there we some left over for the next day.

Surprise! What's that Blue thing under my Chicken, butter, and Syrup?
It taste's great in Pennsylvania, and Fried Chicken covered Southern styled in gravy, too! Great flavor for so many toppings.
