This chicken recipe is very easy to make. It is delicious every time. My family calls this the "good chicken".

I did tweak the recipe-I marinated overnight, I put a can of cubed pineapple with all ingredients in the food processor and used boneless, skinless chicken breasts that I pounded flat. Hubby said he's never had better chicken.

I loooved this dish! I used fresh pinnaple and blended it rather than the pinnaple juice and used a George Forman grill. The chicken was so tender it fell right off the bone! My boyfriend said it was one of the top 5 meals of his life! Easy to make and tatses great!
