I made these cookies and they r wonderful. After finding hazelnuts and doing EVERYTHING suggested prepare them I tossed them out. I substitued walnuts and they came together so fast. Our family loves them and they will be a cookie "staple" from now on. Try them.

These cookies are my favorite! The recipe is easy to follow, and the cookies taste divine. Not bland, not too rich. They are a just-right treat.

This cookie was amazing. The easiest and best tasting cookie I have ever made. My family loved them. I am going to make them again and give them as Christmas presents.

I love these cookies. They are so good. Very simple, but absolutely delicious. They are not dry, but they are not moist chewy cookies. They are crumbly, tender and so yummy. Made them for the first time last Christmas and I am making them tomorrow.

These are simple and delicious. No need to adjust the recipe. I made these last year and a realtive of mine who refused to bake to that point in her life, got the recipe and has made them ever since.

The video helps explain better than the written recipe, especially for a virgin baker like me. I used Pecan instead and it balances off with the sweetness very well. I also served it without rolling it in the power sugar and it was just fine. As far as the dryness some viewers have experienced, you just have to let the butter out longer.
