the main two elements in this are the chicken and the dressing. I like the healthy version of the Blue Cheese dressing but the chicken needed more seasoning.

Who knew buffalo chicken could be so simple?! This was hands down awesome! There were a few changes I made only due other recommendations: I let the chicken marinade while I was chopping everything up and making the dressing. And I think that helped with a deeper flavor. Also, I’m scared of the broiler; never really known how to use it… so I baked it instead, and it still turned out wonderful. As for the dressing, I added some minced garlic because I love garlic in practically anything and everything. And as with most dressings, it was even more flavorful the next day. So I would recommend making the dressing a day in advance. But, however you decide to prepare it, you won’t be disappointed!

The ingredients for this salad are a colorful, refreshing, crunchy mix! I used my food processer to shred the carrots and to slice the celery very thin. On the downside, the chicken was bland! Next time I make this I'll do what another reviewer did; marinate the chicken for a while in the hot sauce. AND, I think I'll fry the chicken in a pan rather than cook it in the oven, as another reviewer did. This recipe does not say what temp to use for the broiler....my broiler can be set at any temp up to 500 deg. F.. I didn't want the chicken to get too tough so I set the broiler at 375. Anyway, tons of water came out of the chicken and washed away the hot sauce while it was cooking. I will make this again, and it will be better next time!

This is rather similar to paula deens fried chicken though honestly I preferred the Pd version as it also had salt pepper and garlic.

Never one to stick to a recipe, I took the idea and ran with it. Fixed a salad of romaine, tomatoes, cukes, carrots, peppers and celery. Not a fan of bleu cheese so I used ranch. I also did the chicken in a saute pan after marinating with buffalo sauce, then when the strips were just lightly 'grilled' looking I tossed in some more ranch to the pan and then took the chicken with a slotted spoon and placed it on the ranch dressed salad, then tossed on a large handful of shredded monterey jack cheese. We loved it!!!

I loved this salad. The dressing was very creamy and tasty. I used FF greek yogurt. I also used extra hot sauce on the chicken and let it marinate for a few hours. My husband loved this too :
Making it again for me and my girlfriend for lunch this week. Think I'm gonna try shrimp as a swap for the chicken.

I liked this dish very much, however I felt the proportions were a little off. Too much salad for the proportion of chicken. I ended up making a double batch of chicken and of the blue cheese dressing and keeping the same amount of salad. The blue cheese dressing is really good, but I went easy on the sugar and I still got a sweetness to it. Overall great healthy dish with the same great buffalo wings flavor.
