I love chicken wings and this is a really great substitute!

I have made this twice now and enjoyed it even more the second time. I love the combination of the crunchy celery with the blue cheese dressing so I throw it a little extra. And I actually thought the dressing was a bit sweet for me, so I left the sugar out and it worked great. For the viewer who thought it was too vinegary, perhaps a bit more sugar might balance that out? I wouldn't toss the recipe altogether because it is such a winner. Thanks Ellie!

I love buffalo wings but they aren't healthy. I made this and was amazed at how easy and great it tasted. I added a little butter to the sauce and extra sauce to serve. I didn't miss the extra fat of wings or getting my fingers sticky. My husband really liked it to, he said to make it again, that makes it a winner!

Love regular buffalo wings, but fattening. Definitely get the same spicy taste with much less fat. I did grill my chicken instead of broiling. Bleu cheese dressing is guilt-free and great

Well, the buffalo chicken wings were very good but the blue cheese recipe was too vinegary and I rather buy a store bought blue cheese. We did not like this at all.

My family and I are trying to eat healthier and this recipe came up - we love it! I have made buffalo wings from scratch and this is a healthy alternative - I add a little more hot sauce for taste-

I will never cook chicken wings again, and I love them. This recipe is just as good, easier, and guiltless. Wonderful recipe.

This was such a yummy salad and the dressing was really good. I may have added just a touch of red wine vinegar to it just because I like that in my blue cheese dressing. It was such a nice change from regular green salad, and it was so wonderful to have the same buffalo wings flavor that I've been missing all this time as I've been watching what I eat. I joined Weight Watchers about six months ago, and I really appreciate the nutritional info with each of Ellie's recipes because I can figure out my points. I agree with other viewers that more of Ellie would be wonderful! I would also love to have recipes from the other Food Network stars include the nutritional information at the bottom.

This salad was great. My husband said he could eat one of these every day. I did not have the blue cheese dressing ingredients on hand so we used what we had but I will totally try that too.
We love Ellie & her recipes.

This recipe is quick, healthy and VERY GOOD! I used Red Hot hot sauce instead of cayenne and it was great with the bleu cheese dressing. Thanks Ellie. I love your show.
