Loved this recipe, chicken was very tasty. I made the salad for dinner and my hubby said it was just as good as his favorite buffalo wings.

This was a great recipe. We BBQ'd the chicken breasts, and then sliced them. That gave them a really good flavor. We also added sliced mushrooms, low fat bacon bits, and cherry tomatoes. Those were good additions. If you don't have time to make the dressing, Ellie's is equivalent in fat to Marie's Lite Blue Cheese Dressing. I didn't measure the lettuce, but the other ingredients are really suited more for 2 people (as an entree salad.

My husband and I loved this salad. I know it's good if he'll eat it 2 days in a row. I didn't have time to make the dressing, but I did find a light version of blue cheese dressing by Ken's. I mixed 1 and a 1/2 tbls of dressing with a tablespoon of nonfat plain yogurt and it was delicious. I love Ellie!!!

I loved this salad because it allows me to eat buffalo wings without the extra calories. I was surprised that everyone in my family liked it too...even my daughter that does not like salad.
    Thank you Ellie!

This was a very quick recipe to make and tasted great. The blue cheese dressing doesn't taste exactly like the all fat, but it was still very very good.

This was fantastic. I absolutely loved it and won't ever buy pre-made blue cheese dressing again!

This was pretty good. I am going to try it again and maybe add more vegies to the salad. Would love to see Ellie on more often.

I just fed this to my husband and his 19-year old brother. Any time I can get the men in my life to eat their vegetables and enjoy them, I consider it a success!

It satisfied my craving for hotwings. Couldn't stand without any butter so I did add a tablespoon.
