I am on Weight Watchers and I love these recipes. This salad is a keeper, but I did sub. Gorganzola cheese. Excellent!

I didn't make the salad but I did make the chicken and I couldn't beleive how easy and so much more healthy it was, my husband was amazed, buffalo chicken is one of his favorite foods! I feel good making it at home cutting the calories and the fat!

Ellies recipes are great! Finally a show where the food really is healthy! Other shows always claim to have healthier and lighter foods and then they are full of olive oil, pancetta or are deep fried. Thank goodness for Ellie - this is just the show I've been waiting for!

Hey anon,
You might try Gorganzola cheese. I acutally like it better than blue cheese, or even a feta cheese. Good luck.

My husband and I loved this recipe! The dressing was thick and creamy, hard to believe it's healthy! I look forward to trying more of Ellie's recipes, great show!

We loved the chicken strips (pan-grilled and used Frank's Buffalo Wing hot sauce and the salad ingredients were right on, but we thought the dressing was awful. Luckily I had plenty of blue cheese on hand, so we threw it out and used a fat-free balsamic vinaigrette and the blue cheese crumbles. It was a terrific meal.
Really looking forward to more of these shows.

This a great recipe! I used chicken tenders instead of cutting up the chicken breasts. Took longer than 6 minutes under the broiler but the family really loved it.

This salad was really quick and easy, as well as flavorfull. I used 2 1/2 T of Valentina hot sauce. Next time I'll use more. But both my husband and I really enjoyed it.
I'm loving this new show!
