Delish, but left off the carrots, nutritious but high in carbs.

I made this for my parents and me and we all loved it! I accidentally put pure cayenne instead of cayenne sauce so it came out really spciy but was delicious nonetheless. I omitted the sugar in the dressing and used shredded parmesan instead of blue and it turned out great! The dressing is really the highlight. I also omitted the celery because I don't like celery. The chicken comes out really flavorful too. Healthy and simple!

Delicious and easy! I used Franks Red Hot sauce. Next time I will marinate the chicken with more hot sauce to make it a bit more spicy.

Delicious recipe. You feel like you are eating something naughty, but you're not. I wrapped it in whole wheat tortillas to make a sandwich. It's a must try!

My husband and I really like this recipe. It is a nice way to get loads of flavor into a healthy salad. I give it 4 stars because I always need to double the sauce because half of it comes off during baking. Otherwise perfect.

Delicious! I used arugula to make it a bit more interesting. It was a hit with my man. A more healthy alternative on game day!

This was really good. Definitely going to make sure I always have cayenne pepper sauce on hand for those nights my husband and I crave buffalo chicken! Will definitely be making again.

The Blue Cheese dressing is amazing and super easy to make! My husband who normally does not like blue cheese dressing at all loves this because it not too strong. It's perfect : Thanks Ellie!
