if eating well could always taste this good!!! this salad was delicious, fresh, and I think I would actually prefer it to a deep fried wing! I followed it to a tee, and it turned out great.

This was a good, easy recipe that tasted great. I know Ellie is all about keeping the fat/calories down, but I think doubling the cheese would be worth it.

I make this all of the time - it is so good. I always add tomatoes and cut back a little on the celery. I've used sriracha hot chili saude and it takes your breath away but still good - I've marinated it first in the hot sauce and this adds a bite and made it as is - it is never anything but great. The blue cheese dressing is my favorite blue cheese even better than the high fat ones.

This salad is so incredible! I didn't have any hot sauce so i just mixed the oil with some cayenne pepper, som white sugar and a tiny bit of vinegar. coated the chicken pieces and put it in the frying pan, The chicken is great! A great pair with the blue cheese! This is a highly recommended dish!

I used a combination of Penzey's Cayenne Pepper and Liquid Hot Sauce. I allowed the chicken to soak in this mixture for about two hour prior to baking in a 360 degree oven. The flavor was fantastic!!!!! Thank you for a slimmed down version as I have been working extra hard at counting calories along with working out and I am really starting to see a difference. I wish all of the recipes offered the nutrition information like your's Ellie.

Used Tabasco sauce - hot w/o taking off the taste buds. Loved the dressing. I substituted milk and buttermilk powder because that's what I had. It's a keeper for this family!

This salad was really good. I did, however, use all of the blue cheese dressing and not just half a cup of it in the salad. Probably added more blue cheese as well, but it was still a much healthier version than my full-fat counterpart. I would definitely recommend tossing the cooked chicken in more hot sauce after it's finished. Makes it extra tasty!
