This was beyond incredible. I say that because the concept is not all that tantalizing...attempting to turn a delicious, fat-laden treat into something healthy. Therefore, I was not at all excited to come home from work tonight and make this for dinner. But boy, was I pleasantly surprised. As a born and bred Buffalo girl, I know how real Buffalo chicken should taste. To incorporate that same flavor into a healthy meal? That's genious. A couple of changes I made: I didn't have mayo and frankly, the dressing doesn't need it. I used the buttermilk and a nonfat greek yogurt with the other components. I also used gorgonzola instead of plain old bleu. YUMMMM!!!!!

Excellent recipe. I've tweaked it a bit, since my broiler sucks, so I bake the strips for about 10 mins each side. We to like extra sauce, so my trick to getting it to stick is just before putting in the oven I douse each peice with more tobasco, then when I turn them over I do it for that side also. I make sure to make extra chicken and dressing so my husband can use it on sandwiches too!

That was one of the best salads ever.... I will be making this a lot. I doubled the dressing and am glad I did because I love it.
