This is great tasting and very easy recipe. What I like best is broiling the chicken; fast and easy with no mess. It's a regular in our house.

This recipe didn't really subside my "chicken wing" fix. I would look for a different sauce recipe so the idea would work.

I wanted buffalo chicken without all the skin (although being on the low-carb diet I don't really want to eat all that fat, anyway tried this and I was pleasantly impressed, this is very good and I will make this and leave it in the fridge to take to work for lunch on a regular basis.
I also love the ease to it, unlike Ellie I didn't measure I eyeballed and I also added a little more hot sauce to taste then layed it out on a pan and put in my mini convection oven and walked away came back and yummy. Can't ask for anything easier than that. Thanx Ellie for a great alternative.

This recipe is amazing! Just spicy enough and the dressing was rich and delicious. I substituted chicken tenders so I wouldn't have to do any pounding. I just cut them up lengthwise and they were perfectly sized. I had never used a broiler before so I was a little leery about that part of the recipe, but I did it anyway and the result was the tenderest chicken I've ever had!

Was a good, healthy alternative. The leftovers the next day weren't as spicy but still quite tasty. Light yet filling.

I did not know how good this would turn out. The hot sauce was kind of absorbed into the chicken and it tasted so good with the dressing which I couldn't tell was low fat at all!
