I thought that this was one of the best homemade salads I've ever eaten. The dressing was to die for and the salad was soooo tasty. Wonderful! This one is a keeper.

Chicken is extremely juicy. It's amazing how tasty this recipe is. I will definitely make it again.

This is such a treat! We love the salad part with a bit of spice. I added to the hot pepper sauce a few drops of lemon juice, a tsp. of italian seasoning and a bit of basil. This gave the chicken a bit more flavor. It is fine as written.

I thought this was a nice, easy basic dish. I need to find a way to get the sauce to "stick" to the chicken a little better and perhaps create a thicker sauce. I used prepared dressing but I will try to make the homemade version next time. It was a colorful, lovely salad and I will definitely use this recipe and will probably try to "build on it" for the next time. Good start!

This wasn't a "knock your socks off" dish, but it will do for a middle-of-the-week, healthy lunch!

What a treat! Just the right blend of crunchy, salty, and creamy. Our guests RAVED about the salad dressing. I used Maytag blue cheese and Louisiana hot sauce. I also let the chicken marinate while I prepared the dressing. Yum!

The blue cheese dressing is phenomenal, so creamy and you don't miss "real" blue cheese dressing. I'll probably make this in large batches to keep on hand to prompt us to eat more salad! I had to substitute apple cider vinegar for the white but I don't think that made a difference--in fact, from the sound of the reviews, it might be better that way! The carrots add just a bit of sweetness which is great. My chicken didn't turn out nearly as bright as Ellie's (just a hint of color but then again, I'm not on TV. I just discovered Ellie a few weeks ago and try to catch her as much as I can.
