This is definitely my most favorite salad to make. You can add or omit anything to your liking. I love putting this salad together in a clear container for lunch time and everyone would think that I've paid good money for it. This also a great salad for a family get together. The presentation with all the colors is amazing and the taste is an explosion of flavors in your mouth.

Well then, grandma can enjoy her high cholesterol. I think it's more of a waste to eat something that is harmful to you. Wasting good food is not what got us into a nutritional mess, eating too much crappy food and having the "clean your plate" mentality are two great contributer's to America's obesity. I'd rather see somthing harmful go to waste than kill my family.

I would never follow a recipe that said to: "Remove and discard the yolk from 1 of the hard boiled eggs" This kind of waste of good food is what has got us into the nutritional mess we are in.

This recipe was a lot easier than I thought and all of the ingredients made it a satisfying meal. I am excited to find a good (and healthy cobb salad recipe.

I always order a really wonderful Cobb at the Cheesecake Factory and I was amazed that this dressing and the whole salad tasted just like it! It is a definite winner if you have leftover chicken breast!!!

Cobb Salad is my favorite, but due to the high fat/calories I rarely ate it. This recipe has changed that though. This was easy to prepare and delicious.

I love cobb salads but shy away from them once I heard how many fat grams are in them. This was as good and ones I have gotten in restaurants. I especially liked the homemade vinegrette. My husband and I had this for dinner with dakota rolls - it is a keeper.

I loved this. I enjoy cobb salads so much, but they tend to be quite fatty and having a long history of diabetes in my family, I try to shy away from things like that. So, what a treat! I even used it as a side dish one night, omitting the chicken and cutting back on the ham and avocado. I simply set all the toppings on the side and allowed everyone to choose what they liked for themselves. My family loved it & I will definintely make it again!!!
