Really easy & tasty -- Easy to spice it up and better with fresh flounder! We were staying on the beach in NC and wanted an easy dish to cook with fresh flounder --this was just the thing! Be careful -- the directions refer to creating 4 packets, but the ingredients are for 6!

Super, super quick and easy-peasy to prepare, the onion & lemon sauce was delish! Spousal-unit aka hubby loved it! This dish is a wonderful addition to my repertoire of recipes!

this was very good, I added garlic and hot pepper flakes. it was healthy and yummy ! I think i will add this to my dishes and keep trying it out because it can be a bit bland.

I have made hundreds of FoodNetwork.com recipes and this is the first review I've written. This is a incredibly tasty dish and while many of the recipes on this site are fantastic, few are so simple and give you so much bang for the buck. Heck, you don't even have to defrost frozen fish. I use frozen tilapia, one of the cheapest fishes on the market. The bit of wine added really makes a huge difference when combined with the juices from the vegetables and fish. We have made this a weekly meal but still each time we eat it my wife and I repeatedly say "boy is this good".

I made this exactly as written, and I agree that there was way too much juice. It was more like Fish Soup. That being said, I would make it again; because it's a simple, lovely dish. However, I would thaw and dry with paper towels the frozen fish; I think that is where all the moisture came from.

I used tilapia and it was great. My whole family enjoyed it. I will absolutely make this again. Another winner from Ellie.

I have made this recipe several times. I added some fresh parsley and will experiment with other herbs. My family really loved it, it's a complete meal full of vegetables. I put it together the evening before and just popped it into the oven for dinner the next evening after work and had a wonderful meal.

I have made similar recipes. This one tasted best. The wine and the peppers really added great flavor. Don't leave them out. I used cod because that's what I had in the freezer. Tilapia works great, too.

I made this for a week night dinner and thought it was pretty good. I love the sauce that develops as it cooks. I made three changes, I was out of white wine (tragedy I know! so I used white wine vinegar, I used talapia instead of flounder because my fish monger (aka whole foods didn't have it and I added capers per one of the reviews. The only issue I had was that it took me much longer to cook (40 minutes and the carrots weren't done. Next time I'll plan for a longer cooking time and will blanch the carrots prior to baking. Enjoy!

Usually do not like baked fish, but this was great!
