Ellie is great - it is so nice to see someone cooking good food who is fit but not frighteningly thin. The green bean salad is simple and delicious. Thanks Ellie!

This green bean salad is perfect to accompany a variety of meals in almost any season. I will be bringing this salad to this summer's BBQs.

Ellie you are wonderful - couldn't wait for your shows to start - love the beans, instead of salt I added a little soy. We will be using this for Easter. Can't wait for more of your creations.

These are sooooo good! Easy and quick, plus healthful. What else can you ask for? Perfect for company or a picnic as you can serve them at room temp.

I am so glad this show is on! We have been looking for recipes that are easy, tasty and good for you. Ellie sure made boring green beans better, my 4 year old even couldn't get enough.

Simple, healthy AND tasty! Definite keeper. I omitted the red onions as my husband is not a fan of it and used olive oil since the only walnut oil in my supermarket came in a large size and I wasn't sure if I would like it. Will definitely try the walnut oil if I can find a smaller size to try.

Ellie is SO cute and fun to watch! I only wish she had shows on during the week, as well. I, like so many people, am in the need of healthy recipes that are also delicious, and I am glad Food Network has found someone to fill that role... And this recipe was delicious by the way.

This was unbelievably tasty for so few ingredients and very little prep & cooking time. My husband & I both loved it!
