My friends who don't even enjoy eating peas, love this soup!

First of all, I never had pea soup before-let alone made it. I saw this episode and decided to give it a try. Despite the simplicity, it's a truly delicious soup! I would recommend boiling the peas until the get a bit softer as it helps liquify them when blending. Otherwise it's extremely easy. Once you taste it you just want to keep eating it.

Yuck. Easy to make, but not so good. May have been my fault, however, by using a bit too much onion.

Somehow neither blender nor food processor pureed the pea skins and the result was unpleasant texture.

I'm hoping the peas were at fault and the next try will be more successful because the taste is pleasant and healthy light.

This was so easy to make, but it was not so special on first taste. After a few bites, it grows on you and is very filling. I did not try it with the yogurt creme fraise-like topping. But, I think I will next time. I am also curious to try this cold. Would be an excellent take-to-work soup.

Pea soup was easy to make and my family devoured all of their soups.

I altered the recipe, so I'm not sure if thats wby mine was just okay. I used vege stock instead of chicken. I also used thyme instead of tarragon because thats what I had. I will try again because it was very easy and quick to prepare.

I tried this recipe last night for dinner and finished the rest today for lunch! Really fantastic and full of flavor. I especially like the tarragon in this soup. It gives it a very nice flavor and you never miss the cream or the fat! Thanks and keep up the good work!

I made a vegetarian version with homemade vegetable broth. We loved it.
