Delicious! But, where does the fat content come from? Seems so healthy. The olive oil is the only fat in the recipe. Please correct me if I am wrong. I can't wait to make it again!

Could not find French lentils so I substituted 1 lb. frozen crowder beans. Other substitutions were a 10 oz box of frozen spinach, onion, dried basil and parsley. So healthy and tasty everyone took seconds. I'm glad I doubled this recipe.

This is a fantastic recipe. I love lentils, but never knew how to cook them at home. This is a fool proof dish that is healthy and delicious - give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

I saw the salmon recipe first, but the lentils looks so pretty as a bed for the salmon, so I thought, what the heck! The reviews were great too, which sealed the deal. :- Let me just say, this 'side' dish is not only full of flavor, but it is so satisfying and you won't feel guilty or a "bad" type of full, once you've eaten your portion. I think I added just a tiny bit more salt to it to liven up the flavors some more. I could eat this with any other main dish, and as a person who used to despise lentils, I am now LOVING them! Thanks, Ellie! You are WONDERFUL!

A tasty way to mix vegetables. My picky, hard to please husband said it was a 3.

This is a delicious and nutrious recipe. I am big fan of your shows. Eating healthy doesn't have to mean depriving yourself of delicious foods and you help us do it. It will be great if you can add how many servings are in your dishes so we can better analyze nutrional facts. Thanks :

What more could you ask for! I have not eaten lentils that were featured so prominently in a dish before but this was fantastic. The herbs and tomatoes made the flavors in this dish just pop. Whoever thought healthy could taste so good. Thanks Ellie!
