I thought his was good. I did not realize that i didn't have dijon mustard so I just used regular mustard and it was still good. I like the flavor that the red peppers and red onion gave. Nice healthy wrap!

Delicious! My picky husband love it, love it! Actually, I only needed a good egg salad recipe and I copied all the ingredients and finely chopped everything and voila ...I had a good egg salad sandwich for lunch! Will use wrap next time...Thanks Ellie!

Loved this! So much better than a basic egg salad although I love those too. I thought it was great, tasty and healthy. Wasn't sure that quantity of mayo would do it but it was fine. Thanks Ellie!

Not that it wasn't tasty, but the first thing i thought when i took a bite was, "Dang, this could really use some meat". Still, it's fast, healthy, and yummy all at the same time.

This was a perfect lunch. Very tasty, "customers" loved it. I think the fraud comment was from the village idiot.
