I used a medium sized orange, but got a lot more than 2 tsp zest, more like 2 tbsp. This was a bit too orangy for me. Additionally there wasn't enough topping to cover the entire thing, I would recommend 1.5 times as much.
Other than that, this was delicious!

This was yummy! I added extra flour to make sure the berries would set up nice and thick. I also doubled the topping and baked it in a 9"X13" glass dish. I omitted the orange because I didn't have one, but it was still wonderful.

A delicious portion controlled dessert. My husband loved it! We topped it off with some Blueberry and Cream frozen yogurt. Perfect contrast between tartness and sweetness.

Made this as directed- used fresh raspberries and blackberries. It was definitely good as a nice alternative to the traditional cobbler, but I personally taste the difference in the amounts of butter- 2 T versus a whole stick will be obvious to anybody! Still, I'm trying to eat better and this is an easy way to indulge without going overboard.

We just had this delectable cobbler after dinner. I think it is the PERFECT COBBLER recipe. Make sure to top with vanilla ice cream .The play of flavors in your mouth are simply incredible! I would not change anything about this recipe . It has just the right amount of sugar and butter to retain the wonderful, vibrant flavor of the berries.Whereas, most cobblers, heretofore, have been lacking ,in that they seem to give one blanket of flavor.Anyway...enough already....fabulous!

My entire family loved this! Five stars! I made double the crust because I like mine thick. I was a little concerned, but it turned out great! DEFINITELY WILL BE MAKING THIS ONE AGAIN!

This was an awesome cobbler! and super easy to make. I used a 9x13 pan instead, so I had to double the recipe for the topping to cover it all, but it turned out great. I served it warm with vanilla ice cream, and it was a huge hit!

I am not lying when I say that this dessert tastes like heaven in your mouth!!! The warm berries pop in your mouth, while the comforting texture of the topping made the full effect of the cobbler absolutely luscious! Yum!

In my opinion, the orange zest ties this thing together. Turned out great. To make the topping a little crunchier and prettier I sprinkled some oatmeal on top.

Wow, this as so good! I never made cobbler before but was looking for an easy recipe and this is amazing. Easy and so good. I used a combo of fresh berries and frozen peaches and added some slivered almonds to it for crunch. My husband couldn't stop eating it! Will definitely make again.
