I love this recipe. When I make this again, I might add the nuts just before eating. The nuts got a little less crunchy after sitting for a few days in the refrigerator.

I love this, Ellie! I change up the fruit and nuts with whatever I have on had. Delicious and healthy! I like plums and peaches and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

This was very delicious!!! I modifyed it alittle bit so it would make enough for just me. I did 1/3 cup of lowfat yogurt, 1/3 cup rolled oats, and 1 tbsp. honey and then mixed it all together. It doesn't really need to sit overnight if you'd like you can actually eat it right away. The first time i did it with 1/2 cups berries and 2 tbsp nuts. The other times i just did it without those. I also mixed in a tbsp of granola cereal and that made it really good too. I really like this recipe!!!

My daughter and I saw this on TV. We made it right away. We love it. I use greek vanilla yogurt. Also, instead of putting the honey in the yogurt/oatmeal mixture, i add it to my dish when I'm ready to eat it. Adds the perfect amount of sweetness. My husband & son love it too. Nice to know we are eating healthy whether its for breakfast or a snack. For almond lovers........ instead of vanilla extract, try almond extract. Sooooo good!!!!

I love to eat oatmeal for breakfast, but I'm always running late and don't have time to cook it. This is a perfect make ahead. I'm also pregnant this is a great, delicious, easy to keep down, well balanced meal. I made it exactly to the recipe and thought it was perfect. I made a big batch to last several days but by day 3 it was not so good. Definitely a staple now!

This is an awesome breakfast. It even tastes good without the fruit. you could easily do this with flavored yogurt or fruit on the bottom. I have read that for some it is watery and that has not been my experience at all. I love the crunchiness of the almonds and walnuts.

I made this the day I saw it on the show. It is hard to decide if it is better for breakfast or a snack in the middle of the day or dessert after dinner. We have tried it in all areas and like it equally well no matter when we have it. This will definately be a staple in my fridge.

Thanks to other reviewers' comments, I decided to make a single service by using a fourth of the oatmeal, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a small container. It's the perfect breakfast for commuters! Just add the nut mixture and berries and it's good to go! By adding the vanilla and honey to the large container of yogurt, it's even quicker to put together each evening for the next day's breakfast. And I enjoy a good breakfast as I commute to work each morning (by train. Thanks, Ellie!
