I have now made this everyday for the past week! My 2 oldest daughters (8 &10 love it! I used maple syrup to sweeten, and we layer them - little yogurt, fruit/nuts, more yogurt, etc. It's my new favorite thing!

Loved this recipe - will definitely make it again. Love that I can mix these up one at a time in a small dish and save clean-up.
The only change I made was to not add the fruit until I ate it the next morning. Don't know if keeping the berry liquid out of the mix made a big difference but it was certainly not soupy or runny at all. Would like to try this with a little cinnamon added to the yogurt and some chopped apple on top, too!

I'm a little suprised at the other reviews. I used organic vanilla yogurt and whole milk. I made it in the evening, had it for breakfast with strawberries and a mixture of almonds, cashews, raisins, and sunflower seeds. It was delicious, the oatmeal was chewy but soft. It doesn't taste very good after 24 hours in the fridge though. Will definately make again.

I made this exactly according to the recipe, and I was excited to test the results the next day! However, it just tasted like mushy oatmeal; the liquid tasted like oatmeal water, not like yogurt or milk or creamy. I *might* try it again without the milk after reading some reviews, but it might just be a waste of yogurt & oatmeal!

I loved this however next time I make I think I will try a little less milk. Other than that it is wonderful and it is helping me avoid the fastfood lane in the morning.

I made this the day after seeing the episode and it was great. My 2 year old & 4 year old each had one for breakfast. They loved it and so did I!! The oats were great. The mixture was nice and creamy. A previous post stated the oats weren't cooked, and they shouldn't be. They will be a little chewy, but they will be soft. This is how it should be. I used lowfat yogurt and 1% milk simply because that is what I keep in the house. Next time I am going to add some dried fruit (like cranberries to the mixture before putting it in the fridge overnight.

Due to previous reviews, I left out the milk, doing everything else the same. I love it! The variations are endless and I feel great about eating such a healthy snack.
