Very tasty but a bit peppery for my taste, maybe I cracked the pepper too fine. Will make again.

Pork has a nice taste but the pan sauce is blah...need shallots or mushrooms or worcestershire sauce to liven it up.

This dish is like dining in a fancy restaurant right at home! The great thing is that it is so easy. The dijon, pepper, and wine sauce are a perfect combo of flavors. I prepared this as a meal with the green bean salad and mashed potatoes shown in the episode. My dinner guests were impressed.

My husband and I loved this dish. I really like Ellie's recipes because they have all been so easy to make. I really cannot believe that is the "healthy" version with all of the flavor that they have. I have never cut the pork that way and it really made a nice lean pork chop.

This could be a good recipe but I couldn't taste anything but the black pepper. It is best to use just a bit more than sparingly as you spread it across the pork. It doesn't need to be covered because fresh cracked or fresh crushed pepper is very powerful. The wine sauce was terrific though, except again for the overpowering black pepper.

Not only was this easy but absolutely wonderful. I will make this over and over. Perfect example that less is more. Just the right amount of seasoning and the sauce was so yummy.
Keep up the wonderful healthy recipes Ellie.
