Super easy to make and delicious. I agree with others that no salt is necessary on the cod as the prosciutto is salty enough. Would definately make it again.

I made this for my family and everyone loved it (including my 2 year old and 4 year old. The pepper taste jumped out when combined with the fish and proscuitto. It was really nice. It was a bit salty, but I may have oversalted prior to wrapping the fish in proscuitto. We all really enjoyed this recipe and I found it amazingly simple to make.

It was good, fast and healthy but definately needed a little something. I tried lemon but the proscuitto over powered it. I will give it thought before making it again.

Great way to jazz up frozen fish! I used both cod and tilapia and liked the tilapia better. Served it with Michael Chiarello's Pasta Pomodorini and broccolli. I used whole wheat pasta and it all went together in under an hour. The plate looked like something from a restaurant! Easy Healthy and delicious, both of my children ate it up! !(14 & 15
Will do this again. Prosciutto also works great wrapped around shrimp and grilled.

Thank you Jill. Did you ever see a cranky reviewer who really read the recipe?? All Food Network recipes need a cutback on salt and a lot of times on oil. Where have you been? Vary to your family's tastes. Yuck to you. Ellie is wonderful. Wish reviewers who liked her dishes would bump her to a 5 instead of appreciating with a 4. She deserves 5 stars for providing healthier fare that tastes like something. It's not always easy to do.

This was great, I did not need to add the salt. Joanna, there was no miso in this dish, it was in the snap peas.

I love the idea but won't be making this again. No need to salt the cod.....prosciutto is salty entough no need to add more. Unfortunately i was unable to find low sodium miso but did find white miso paste.....again more salt. I love salty food but this was over my salt threshold. A suggestion for substitution for the low sodium miso would have probably helped. Who is trying these dishes?????????????

This is not only quick, but super tasty! It makes the fish taste like meat! I did not use any salt, it definitely doesn't need any with the naturally high salt content of proscuitto.

This is a super easy recipe. We had also tried smoked bacon & Canadian ham, also a really good alternative if you don't have the prosciutto in the fridge.
