I was skeptical, I like my fruit plain but this was awesome!

This is our favorite fruit salad recipe. I swap out the cantaloupe with mango and it's even better! The dressing is great, especially if the kiwis and strawberries are a little on the sour side. Thanks, Ellie!

I served this as dessert after a dinner party where we had spaghetti as the main course. It was an excellent palate cleanser and the dressing is absolutely out of this world. Sweet, delicious, minty - so refreshing. Our guests were thoroughly impressed with it and I handed over the recipe since it was so thoroughly enjoyed. To save time and money, I picked up pre-cut cantaloupe and honeydew, then just sliced up fresh kiwi. I used thawed frozen sliced strawberries since fresh strawberries were out of season and too expensive to buy fresh. This is outstanding - serve as a dessert after a rich meal or as part of a barbecue or buffet spread. If you want to make it a little bit fancier, serve with a dollop of whipped cream (or Reddi-Whip on top. I will definitely make this again during the summer!

This is so good! I took it on a picnic and it was great. The dressing is really good and it adds a lot of flavor to the fruit.

All I can say is, "Wow!" In my family, we almost always make a fruit salad when we have get togethers and they have always been the same-old same-old. I can honestly say that after trying this salad, I will never do another fruit salad without mint again! The dressing magnified the flavors, while the mint brought the dish to life! It was perfection in the form of fruit salad! Thanks Ellie!

I made this salad for a picnic and it was wonderful. However, we happened to have some watermelon and on a whim decided to pour some of the dressing on it and it was out of this world. People were swooning over it! Absolutely delicious!

After reading other reviews I was really excited to make this. The ingredients sounded simple and like something I would really like, however the lime is very overpowering. Each bite of fruit has a tartness to it that I didn't care for. I was looking for a simple fruit salad recipe but will have to keep looking.

This salad transports me to a tropical beach with just one bite. The honey lime mint dressing makes this salad the best I've ever had. It adds a tanginess that really brings all the fruit flavors alive. Highly recommended.
