I loved this dip because it was simple, tasty and a hit with the crew! I added fresh basil and a small clove of garlic and it tasted heavenly! I also made the turkey wrapped asparagus which went so incredibly well with the dip. Kudos Ellie for a slammin' recipe!!

This is a great dip for veggies. I used celery since I didn't have endive on hand.

This was so simple to make and really tasty. I set it out with green beans, zuchinni, mushrooms and toasted pita chips and it was a hit. Everyone demanded the recipe before they left.

I served this at a party and it disappeared quickly. Several people tried to guess at the texture, not believing it came from the almonds.
Just for personal preference, I also added 1/4 clove garlic and an extra sprinkle of red wine vinegar. It's an excellent dip.

The almonds give a sweet taste to the sauce which makes the sauce not as tasty as I thought it would be. Other than that, the red wine vinegar was a nice twist to the sauce. The sauce goes really well with the smoked turkey wrapping a piece of asparagus.
