    It is quick and tasty. We tried it on salmon and really liked it. Today I am going to try it on ribs, as a dry rub.

    I recently bought a piece of salmon that was quite bland. Normally some salt, pepper and a spritz of lemon juice are just the ticket to liven up salmon but it didn't work, so I instantly thought of Ellie's rub and it worked wonders. I'd also experiment with adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to make it more spicy. This rub is sweet and delicious for any kind of meat, even chicken or pork.

    So easy to make! Cooked the salmon on a cedar plank instead and it turned out amazing. The rub is very simple but with huge flavors.

    simple,easy, flavorful. Can use this rub on many things.......I also used HOT chili powder, which I think really complimented the brown sugar.

    Wonderful flavor. Even my 10 year-old grandson loved it. We plan to try it on rockfish and tilapia next.
