It tasted fantastic! Couldn't ask for an easier recipe. I baked the fish in the oven and it turned out great.

I really didn't like the flavor of the rub on the salmon. The seasonings did not compliment each other at all. It was nasty. I won't be making this ever again.

This looked so good on the show that I rushed to my neighborhood Publix and purchased salmon. It was easy to make and tasted great. So good in fact, that I have made it for dinner tonight. I shared with my sister and she loved it too. I shared the recipe with the lady at the seafood counter at Publix and she wants to try it.

Not a big fan of this one. I thought the chili powder was too overwhelming for my taste.

This was an incredibly easy dish to make and it was so tasty. I think my husband and I both wanted to lick the plate. : I feel like I can not only make tasty meals thanks to Ellie but ones that are healthy and look so beautiful when you plate them. I can't wait to make this dish for friends. Definitely make the lentil side dish with this. It was incredible too.

this rub is really easy, quick and good. the brown sugar makes it sweet but it is balanced by the chili powder. i will definitely use this again...
