Loved it! A perfect meal to use my farmer's market produce! Simplistic enough to where I did it for only 1 serving, and left additional veggies for tomorrow's breakfast. Tried it w/ the multigrain bread & avocado...yumminess! :

This was very good and quick. I used thyme instead of dill (I don't really like dill I served it with ezekiel bread with mashed avocado. I will definitely make this again!

This is a delicious and super-easy recipe when you want something more than cereal, but don't feel like taking a lot of time. It's also very healthy. It goes great with toast with fruit spread and veggie links (such as Boca or Morningstar Farms.

I love this breakfast- you need to add the avocado on toast and it is such a good healthy treat!

This is great! I love the combination of eggs and egg whites...it makes for much lighter scrambled eggs.

I need to "beef" this up a bit for my husband so I added 1/2 cup of diced Black Forest Ham. The scramble was still delicious. Word of caution: the color of the egg mixture with the ham looks absolutely unappealing, but once everything is cooked, it looks (and tastes fantastic!

Loved it. Had it for breakfast two day in a row. Especially liked the avocado instead of butter on toast. Great with sourdough bread.
