Loved it. Had it for breakfast two day in a row. Especially liked the avocado instead of butter on toast. Great with sourdough bread.

I made this dish as part of a menu for brunch for a party of six. Everyone loved it. It was good looking and tasted as good as it looked. There was not a scrap of food left in the serving bowl.

This was awesome, I added the extra avocado from the toast to the scramble at the end and put it in a whole wheat tortilla for a breakfast burrito. so good!! nice tip with the avocado instead of butter on the toast.

What a breath of fresh air she is. Finally some recipes that aren't full of butter and EVOO!!! Some of us are interested in taking good care of our bodies and our health. I just wish she were on every day too.

Very flavorful and satisfying. Would never know that half the yolks are missing!

Healthy and delicious! I cannot eat tomatoes so I had to exclude those, added red peppers instead. Wasn't sure about red peppers and dill but it was great. Love Ellie's recipes, personal and nutritional tidbits she shares with the viewer and really appreciate the nutritional information listed with her recipes. I look forward to every Saturday, wish she was on daily!
