This is not Triple chocolate. This is double chocolate with two types of chips.

Triple chocolate is cocoa powder + chips + melted chocolate.

By the logic of this recipe, I can gather 11 different chocolate chips and call the recipe "Duodecuple chocolate cookies"

At first I thought I mixed up the recipe wrong because of the cakey/brown sugar texture, I'm used of my cookies having a doughy texture. But after I baked it, it was great! Very tasty. I highly recommend if you love chocolate.

My entire family absolutely loved these cookies! They didn't even last 2 days in our house. I used whole wheat flour instead of pastry flour (I couldn't find it anywhere, so the cookies were a little more dense than they looked in the video, but still delicious! I cooked them for the whole 12 minutes, but I think next time I'll only cook them for 9 or 10 to make them softer.

Excellent! I made them for my husband for Valentine's Day. They were so good that we had guest the next day and they manage to eat them all. They were good sports and purchased more ingredients, so that I could make more cookies for them and my husband.

These are great! You don't feel quilty about eating cookies. Regular wheat flour works fine. I added 1 tsp of brewed coffee ( Ina's tip and that really intensified the chocolate flavor. Only problem now is I have trouble keeping to my 2 cookies at a time rule.

These cookies are amazing! I made mine with Splenda and no nuts, because they were a gift for a friend who's not a nut lover. Immediately after I baked them and tried one, I whipped up another batch, that's how good they are! I was skeptical about the absence of baking powder or soda, but these don't need it. They have a wonderful moist, brownie-like consistency. Make these to impress your next guests!

I'm not that good cooking, but this recipy was excellent. The cookies were moist, and with that extra flavor from the brown sugar.

My family loves these cookies! I scoop the dough with a melon scoop to keep them the right portion. I never make enough!

The whole wheat flour makes them much more filling than your usual chocolate chip cookie. Will certainly make these again!
