Directions

Place the parsley or basil in the container of a blender; turn the machine on and gradually add the oil, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary. Gradually add up to 1/4 cup warm water until the mixture is of pourable consistency. Season, to taste. and serve with steak, fish, mashed potatoes, chicken or mixed vegetables.;
