Something new with chicken. Made twice. Careful not to overcook. Loved the pan sauce.

This dish was fabulous!! And I desparately needed a new recipe for chicken. I fixed all the recipes in this episode and it turned out to be a fabulous dinner. The entire time I was making this recipe, every time my husband popped into the kitchen, he raved about how good it smelled. And then when we ate it, my husband said it was one of the best dinners I have ever fixed! I am loving Amy's show - some really different recipes and they are great! Thanks so much Amy!!

My husband and I wanted Amy to win from the get go, so we were floored when they kicked her off. Call her the come-back kid, because she deserves this show. This recipe was easy, the chicken was delish, and the carmelized/browned herbs made me a fan of tarragon and chives. I only used half a lemon cuz that's all I had. I think more would have been too much. When you add the wine to make the pan sauce (and during the chicken turning, too, it splatters like crazy! Beware. Use a lid until things calm down.

This only the second recipe of Amy's that I've had time to make and it was delicious. When I saw that too much oil from the marinade stayed on the chicken, I removed alot of the oil with paper towels. My chicken wasn't too greasy. Wonderful herb combination. Quick and easy. My friends loved it, I'll it make again!!!

A complete loser. Why are some people giving star ratings when they say they haven't made the dish yet? Amy Finley's recipes have so far been fiascos for my family. They asked me not to make her food anymore.

Oh My Gosh - I make this chicken for my husband tonight -- it was fabulous. It was easy, tasted great and presented like a picture. My husband wanted to know if he should eat it or take a picture of it.

First of all it takes way longer than 10 minutes to prepare..try over an hour. It tasted like leaves and chicken. I would never ever recommend this cook to anyone searching for a recipe on the internet!

This just changed the way I cook chicken. This recipe is easy and absolutely delicious. It's easily the best, most flavorful chicken I have ever made! So good! I also love that there is room for variations. This would be just as delicious with any herb combination. I made it with basil and Italian parsley and tossed it with pasta. Mmmm!

This is similar to my Chicken Piccata, but the chives and tarragon gave it a different flavor. Very nice! I would serve this at a dinner party. Thanks for another great dish, Amy. Would you believe that I love every one of your recipes? I've made everything from your shows (except the Beet & Endive Salad - I hate beets and I haven't been disappointed. Not even once.

Note to The Gourmet Next Door's sound crew: turn down the workstation mic! It's hard to hear Amy over the sizzle from the pan and the knife hitting the cutting board.
