I'm so excited about this recipe!!! Addicted to kettle corn and just diagnosed with diabetes is not a match made in heaven. This recipe, though, is just as tasty, and satisfying, and is guilt free to boot. It is easy to make, and just the right amount for two people.Take some to work, to the movies, munch it while watching TV or crusin' the Internet. I will make this with my grandkids, and they, too, will enjoy a tasty treat. Phew!!! Thank heaven I still have my kettle corn!

Great snack, healthier than most comparable recipes too. Will definitely make again.

I loved Herbs kettle corn, especially the fact that he used agave syrup. It won't spike my blood sugar, also not to sweet. Thanks Herb good job.
