I loved this sandwich wrap, because I really don't like bread.

I saw the show and the judges had really good comments on the pork. So, I decided to try it. I followed the recipe exact, except for the 2 cups of salt, I only used 1 cup. I blended everything and it didn't turn into a paste, rather like a liquid marinade. I have it marinading in the fridge right now to cook for tomorrow. So, I will let you know tomorrow what it taste like.

I would assume it is in the blender since that is where all the other flavorful spices and such go.

When do you add the 2 ounces of pepper - in the blender paste step or over the roast just before putting it in the oven?
