  • 8 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, roasted
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil, thyme, and oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix with a rubber spatula until blended.

Process until the mixture is rough-textured, not completely smooth
