- 8 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic, roasted
- 2 teaspoons fresh basil, thyme, and oregano
- 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix with a rubber spatula until blended.
Process until the mixture is rough-textured, not completely smooth
