Really enjoyable, fun and fizzy dessert! As the ice cream was melting and mixing with the soda it began to remind me of an orange creamsicle...
I used Fat Free, Sugar Free Turkey Hill Vanilla ice cream and Diet Sunkist Orange Soda.
My ice cream was just 70 caloriies per scoop or half a cup. And I indulged a little and used two scoops instead of one, I guess bringing the calorie total to 140. Since there were zero calories in the soda.
I wasn't sure which ice cream scoop to use, though. I have one that is enormous and one that is smaller and I opted for the smaller one to be safe. Next time, to be sure, I think I'll measure it out with a measuring cup.
This, the HG Caramel Crunch Cake and HG Chocolate Pudding strawberries have been delicious little desserts I have now added to my repertoire and I have been losing weight while enjoying them!
