Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet dry onion soup/dip mix

Directions

In a large bowl, combine turkey with onion soup/dip mix. Mix thoroughly with your hands. (Don't be squeamish-it's the easiest way!) Evenly and firmly form the mixture into 5 patties.

Bring a grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Place the burgers in the pan, working in batches as needed. Cover and cook until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Serve and enjoy!

I changed it a little , I used ground turkey breast and grated some raw sweet onion in it, then added the soup mix, it made it much juicier.

Mmmmmmm....I've been eating a lot of Boca Vegetarian Burgers lately and sometimes it's nice to have some real meat but WITHOUT all that saturated fat. This was the answer!

Worked very nicely with the onion soup mix. And so EASY..

Served these with another HG recipe - Onion rings. Loved that Fiber One breading...

I can now testify that after beginning to eat all these wonderful HG recipes, my waistline has been noticeably shrinking!! Thank you, Thank You Lisa!
